Employer Brand Specialist

We are seeking an Employer Brand Specialist to partner with our Global Recruiting Team and drive authentic, engaging storytelling that positions us as an employer of choice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and develop compelling employer brand initiatives
  • Work with the marketing and design teams to create engaging, on-brand recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels
  • Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms
  • Support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications.
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging.
