Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in driving end-to-end recruitment processes in a Global Capability Center / Shared Services environment.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions, identifying top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and leveraging technology to optimize efficiency.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning, providing actionable insights to inform strategic hiring decisions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manage and optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in recruitment.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights, tracking key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines, fostering a positive employer reputation and attracting top talent.
  • Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection, ensuring a data-driven approach to hiring.
  • Implement and enhance recruitment automation / AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency, streamlining the hiring process and reducing time-to-hire.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup, with a proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools, with strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms, as well as experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation / AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
