About this opportunity

We're building a curated talent pool of Learning & Development experts – independent consultants and boutique firms – to support delivering multiple digital learning programs. Engagements are contract-based, remote-friendly, and cross-functional.

Key locations and time zones:

  • Anywhere in India or outside
  • Remote-friendly; preferred time zones: India and Europe

Languages required:

English (professional proficiency) is essential; French and/or German are strongly preferred. Please indicate your level of proficiency.

The roles we're looking for include:

  1. Instructional Designers: Course design, accessibility, and localization; expertise in CPLP/APTD/CELP/ATD is a plus.
  2. Project Managers: Multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risks.
  3. eLearning Developers using Articulate Storyline (ASL): SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions.
  4. HTML5 Learning Developers: Responsive UI, JavaScript/CSS, LMS compatibility, WCAG 2.1.
  5. Learning Technologists: AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms (X2O/OneRoom).
  6. Simulation Design & Delivery Experts: ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace; skilled in scenario creation and facilitation.
  7. Serious Games Designers & Developers: Blend pedagogy with game mechanics to create meaningful learning experiences.
  8. Data & Evaluation Analysts: Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo; experience designing feedback and evaluation frameworks.
  9. Accessibility & QA Specialists: WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC; content, navigation, multimedia checks.
  10. Event & Cohort Operations Experts (Training): Global training logistics, run-of-show.
  11. Webinar Producers & Facilitators (Training): Platform setup, speaker operations, engagement.
  12. Cultural SMEs & D&I Experts (L&D): Inclusive content, imagery, and delivery standards for diverse audiences.

Your responsibilities will vary by role but may include:

  • Designing and delivering learning experiences and training events to measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborating with global stakeholders/SMEs across time zones and languages.
  • Building scalable templates, toolkits, and processes (content, tech, ops).
  • Ensuring accessibility, quality, and evidence-based evaluation.

We're looking for individuals with:

  • A minimum of 5+ years' demonstrable L&D experience (enterprise/consulting/boutique firm).
  • A strong portfolio/case studies (links required for ID/ASL/HTML/AR-VR/games/sim).
  • Proven remote collaboration, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
  • Bonus: multilingual delivery (English + French/German), regulated sectors, or large-scale rollouts.

We offer contract / SOW engagements with rates depending on the role, seniority, and geography. Durations vary; some retainers possible.
