As a seasoned Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through the development and implementation of impactful training programs.

• Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders to identify individual, team, and organizational learning needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Program Design & Delivery: Develop comprehensive training solutions, partnering with subject matter experts to design content that addresses specific learning gaps.

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training partners, focusing on quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Evaluation & Improvement: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, analyze results, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Communication: Craft compelling pre- and post-learning communication with participants, develop engaging social media content for leaders, and publish updates on learning program initiatives.

• Facilitation: Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions on various topics, including leadership skills and soft skills.
