Job Title: Director of Corporate Strategy and Development

The Director of Corporate Strategy and Development will oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and develop business strategies that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Formulate long-term business strategies that prioritize revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to inform strategic decisions, including competitor assessments and industry trend identification.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to optimize business outcomes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  1. Business Development:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies, including partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and geographic expansion.
  • Lead initiatives to enter new markets, launch new products, and enhance the company's market positioning through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities and provide recommendations to support strategic growth.
  1. Market Analysis and Forecasting:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate industry shifts and emerging trends.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market demand, competitive dynamics, and growth potential.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications:
