Job Title: Innovation/Service Designer

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Reports To: Director of Innovation

We are seeking a talented Service Designer to design and deliver innovation programs for corporate clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating tailored innovation programs that meet client-specific needs.

In collaboration with the Director of Innovation, you will:

  • Innovation Program Design & Management- Develop innovative program designs and detailed proposals that align with client objectives.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement- Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities with various clients.
  • Conduct user research and derive insights to inform strategic directions.
  • Provide methodology support to corporate teams throughout each project phase.
  • Identify opportunities where service design can drive client value.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our methodologies.

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Master user-centered design methodologies and strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with technological trends and challenges.
  • Proficient in PPT/Keynote.
