Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

  • Drive business growth by leading the development and execution of the organization's learning initiatives.
  • Design and oversee structured learning programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, and other critical roles.
  • Develop and implement leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of the organization-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.
  • Design and oversee structured onboarding and training programs for new hires to enable seamless integration and faster productivity.
  • Establish robust frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
  • Act as a change champion by fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
  • Strong background in designing and executing learning interventions in engineering, infrastructure, or consulting industries.
  • Proven expertise in leadership development, talent capability frameworks, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital training solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.
  • Strong analytical and program evaluation capabilities with the ability to demonstrate ROI of learning initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or L&D methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick, MBTI, NLP, Hogan).
