As a seasoned HR leader, you will spearhead the development of our Human Resources department, driving the attraction, hiring, development and retention of top talent.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the HR team to achieve key objectives.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop strategic compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain exceptional talent.
  • Collaborate on improving the recruitment process, including in-house events and initiatives.
  • Maintain healthy employee relations through open communication with managers and employees.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
