Wealth Management Leader
About the Role Were seeking an experienced wealth management professional to lead our high-value client portfolios. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial growth and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver customized financial solutions aligned with clients goals. Regularly engage with clients through reviews, portfolio updates, and personalized communications. Drive AUM growth by acquiring new clients, leveraging referrals, and deepening existing relationships. Upsell & cross-sell across wealth products (MFs, PMS, AIF, Insurance, FDs, etc.). Share insights on primary & secondary market trends, research updates, and new product offerings. Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams for campaigns and investor engagement initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to compliance, documentation, and internal processes. Must-Have Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal & client relationship management abilities. Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to understand client requirements and design effective solutions. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high emotional stability and professional integrity. Strategic thinking to identify opportunities for profitability and portfolio growth. Desired Candidate Profile: 712 years of experience in Wealth Management / Financial Planning / Investment Advisory. Proven track record of AUM generation (minimum 30 Cr). Hands-on exposure across wealth instruments: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, FDs, etc. Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage. A client-first approach with the ability to deliver sustainable results.
