Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to oversee the management of our international client portfolio. This role involves ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through high-level product and services delivery, resulting in increased client retention and successful renewals.

The focus is on delivering value to clients while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to improve client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Manage client relationships to ensure timely responses to requests and delivery of required outcomes.
  • Liaise with delivery teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate client health status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolios and serve as primary point of contact.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests.

• Monitor and report on client health status.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in client management or a related field.
  • Strong time-management, follow-up, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think critically and document facts.
  • Integrity, authenticity, respect, and confidentiality.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
