Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will span from policy development and benefits administration to employee development and performance management.

  • Lead recruitment efforts
  • Champion employee relations
  • Ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  3. Conduct orientation programs for new employees
  4. Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive working environment
  5. Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
  6. Implement employee engagement initiatives
  7. Develop and implement performance management processes
  8. Identify training and development needs for employees
  9. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
  10. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  11. Provide guidance on HR-related matters
  12. Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance
  13. Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• 3-6 years of experience in HR management

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
