Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Growth Specialist, you will drive business growth and market expansion by:
- Driving corporate room sales and achieving assigned revenue targets.
- Identifying, acquiring, and developing new corporate accounts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

- Revenue Achievement vs. target
- Number of new corporate accounts required
- Repeat business ratio / client retention rate
- Room nights & occupancy contribution from corporate sales
- Sales activity metrics (meetings, conversions, RFP wins)
