
Senior Business Growth Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to foster growth and development in the Oil Additives business across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious targets for Oil Additives business in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh by maintaining and growing existing business profitably.
- Establish strong relationships with customers at different levels in the organization and acquire new customers.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and recommend innovative solutions for product usage.
- OEM Management: Identify potential target Indian OEMs within the Automotive industry & work with them for promoting Evonik Oil Additive technologies/initiatives.
- Channel Management: Determine the most effective sales channel for customers and segments in the region, select, manage and evaluate agents and distributors.
- Collaborate closely with departments of principals, e.g. key account management, technical service, product management, customer service, supply chain, marketing services and business development to support strategic goals of the business.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of lubricants & its application is preferred.
