Scaling an Ambitious Startup

  • Own and lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and SOPs for our growing organization.
  • Support the CEO on strategic priorities, investor updates, internal communications, and key decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives forward.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to drive recruitment processes and engage candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working at early-stage startups or similar environments.
  • Prior professional experience handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations.
  • Passionate, hardworking, and responsible approach to problem-solving and ownership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
