As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest product quality through automation testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.
  • Identify and cover edge cases early in the lifecycle.
  • Improve CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage with automation engineers.
  • Proactively identify quality risks and own mitigation planning.
  • Lead root cause analyses of production issues and drive systemic improvements.
  • Report key quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture.

Requirements:

  • Proficient experience with automation (80-90% of day-to-day work).
  • Solid Selenium/Playwright expertise.
  • Proficiency in Python/Java programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in API automation.
