About the Role:
  • Oversee and motivate a group of customer service representatives to achieve peak performance and meet key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest contact center operations, processes, and best practices to provide coaching and guidance to team members.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on calls to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including resolving escalations and handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze performance data and create reports to drive process improvements and optimize team performance.
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver training programs that enhance team member skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a contact center environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor in international voice processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
