
Customer Service Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of customer service representatives and drive excellence in our operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage strong leadership skills to motivate and direct a team of customer service professionals
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve optimal results
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks and provide coaching to enhance team performance
- Manage daily operations, handle escalations, and ensure seamless process execution
- Develop and deliver performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and drive process optimization
- Collaborate with training teams to upskill team members and enhance overall capabilities
- A graduate with 5+ years of experience in the BPO or contact center industry
- Proven track record as a leader in international voice processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adjust to business needs
