Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisitions Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth. The primary responsibility of this position will be to acquire new customers through strategic market penetration, referrals, and the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals based on Annualized Premium (ANP) and case count.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain regular touchpoints with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
- Need-Based Selling: Ensure that customers receive appropriate solutions through a structured selling model.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue through the existing customer base by offering relevant products and services.
- Post-Sales Service: Resolve customer queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
- Sales Forecasting: Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
