Customer Acquisitions Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisitions Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth. The primary responsibility of this position will be to acquire new customers through strategic market penetration, referrals, and the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Need-Based Selling: Ensure that customers receive appropriate solutions through a structured selling model.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue through the existing customer base by offering relevant products and services.
  • Post-Sales Service: Resolve customer queries and ensure timely policy issuance.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute business strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting: Design and evaluate innovative sales strategies to drive business growth.
