The role of a Business Executive - Partnership & Alliances involves identifying opportunities for growth, establishing business relationships, and negotiating partnership deals.

A key responsibility is developing and executing strategic partnership plans to drive business expansion. This includes collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and objectives, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of partners, and analyzing market trends and competitors to identify potential partnerships.

In this full-time role based out of Pune, you will generate leads, establish contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals, and Chartered Accountants, providing them with information about Tata AIA and AIG, and convincing them to join as Advisors/Agency Partners.

Your daily tasks will also include completing documentation, training, scheduling exams, and onboarding new partners, helping them commence their initial business, and creating content for digital marketing and posting on social media platforms.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation, finance and insurance industry awareness, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential requirements for this position.
