Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor the deployment of internal field steering frameworks to ensure consistent adoption across regions.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to utilize IFS metrics for daily operations and provide localized insights to senior leadership.
  • Analyze performance data to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, developing targeted strategies to address performance gaps.
  • Conduct audits of customer contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms and assess risk related to client SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in recruitment or operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics, including proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data, proposing solutions to improve business performance.
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance.
