This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization as a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant, working with the latest technologies and innovative solutions.

Location: Multiple Cities in India (Flexible)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Midserver configurations, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) with excellent understanding and hands-on experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and ability to apply this expertise effectively.
  • Basic understanding of Industrial control systems, OT network functions, and Purdue Model architecture.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Ability to understand and work with Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of Database level architecture and SQL query writing skills.
  • Scripting expertise for automated processes using Business rule, Script action, etc.
  • Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare training materials for project stakeholders and develop training content on new processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Requirements:

  • 4-12 years of experience in the IT Industry.
  • Expertise in the ServiceNow platform, specifically OTM module.
  • Strong networking knowledge and understanding of DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with industrial control systems, OT network functions, and Purdue Model architecture.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Database-level architecture and moderate SQL query writing skills.
