We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in ServiceNow platform and HRSD modules to fill this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Develop unit tests, fix defects, and provide support for testing cycles, instance movement, cutover, and go-live hypercare.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale implementations of ServiceNow HR service environments.
Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Strong understanding of HRSD modules and proficiency in ServiceNow tools and technologies.
  • Certification as a ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
