Operational Technology Solution Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Technology Solution Consultant to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience in implementing mid-server configurations, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC). They should also have a good understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Mid-Server Configuration: Implementing mid-server configurations, including data import and automated data population.
- CMDB and Discovery: Configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules.
- Service Graph Connector (SGC): Implementing SGC for operational technology end-to-end data alignment process document, including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures.
- Networking Concepts: Understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments.
- Industrial Control Systems: Basic understanding of how industrial control systems work and OT network functions.
- Scripting and Automation: Scripting automated processes using business rules, script actions, and database-level architecture.
- Database Architecture: Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and ability to write SQL queries.
