This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a ServiceNow professional. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals who can help us drive business outcomes using ServiceNow technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and administering ServiceNow applications to meet the needs of our customers. This includes designing and developing custom workflows, creating and managing catalog items, setting up approval workflows, and ensuring data integrity and security.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in areas such as Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs. They will also have hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies. Additionally, they should be proficient in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems, setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.

As a ServiceNow professional, you will work closely with our HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows. You will also be responsible for demonstrating leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes. Your collaboration skills will play a critical role in stakeholder engagement, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals, including workflow design, scripting, and configuration
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, such as Scripted Rest API and Client Scripts
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
