Job Description

As a senior solution architect, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to understand user stories and determining requirements. You will design solutions that meet business needs while minimizing customization. Your task will be to develop and customize ServiceNow applications to support business objectives.

  • Configure application UIs and workflows to optimize user experience.
  • Create reports and dashboards to inform business decisions, focusing on impact to instance performance.
  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators and developers to develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain consistency in code alignment across instances and ensure clean code in update sets.
  • Identify and remediate system deficiencies in the ServiceNow instances.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 6+ years of experience working in a design and development role for the ServiceNow Platform.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
  • Experience transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized service organizations.
  • Understanding of RESTful Web Services and APIs.
  • IT and Security management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards).
