About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes.

As a ServiceNow expert, you will play a key role in designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements Gathering: Conducting workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs
  • Process Design: Defining and designing ServiceNow solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices
  • Gap Analysis: Identifying gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Documentation: Creating user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations
  • Training and Support: Providing post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in an organization
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process
  • Experience in the design and implementation of the following modules:
    • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management
    • Order and Quote management
    • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
    • Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST/SOAP methods, Integration Hub, and Ebonding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
