Executive Healthcare Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Healync Technologies Private Limited. This key role will be responsible for driving growth in the health management and concierge space, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

With over a decade of experience working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in delivering personalized and efficient healthcare experiences.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing client progress, and developing new opportunities to provide healthcare advice and solutions. They will also be expected to deliver sales targets and create alliances with relevant organizations to increase visibility of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and acquire new clients
- Health management: Analyze client's progress in health & requirements and process feedbacks to set goals
- New opportunities: Identify and develop new opportunities to provide healthcare advice and solutions to clients
- Sales targets: Deliver sales targets
- Lead generation: Create opportunities of alliances with relevant organizations and forums to increase the visibility of the company to our target audience of industry owners and managers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and business development with HNI & Ultra HNI clients
- Seasoned communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Public speaking skills: Prepare presentations and conduct talks for our target audience
- Should know how to work with CRM tools, office tools on computer for effective communication and operations management for client servicing
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
