  • Be knowledgeable about the ServiceNow system integrators ecosystem, competitive positioning, and market share.
  • Have experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions).
  • Manage multiple accounts with profit-and-loss responsibility.
  • Drive delivery by implementing clients successfully and achieving high customer satisfaction and success scores.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills, and able to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.
