ServiceNow Lead Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow as a Lead and Admin, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leading the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Key Skills: Skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Integration Expertise: Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Upgrades & Maintenance: Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
  • Compliance & Governance: Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow as a Lead and Admin.
