Job Opportunity:

The ServiceNow Platform Manager will oversee and optimize the functionality of ServiceNow across various modules, ensuring seamless system administration, platform upgrades, automation, catalog design, workflow optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage ServiceNow configurations, catalog items, flows, and SLAs to meet business objectives.
  • Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions, audits, and configuration governance to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Drive automation, performance tracking, and cross-functional workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure audit readiness and support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and implementing necessary controls.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for roadmap planning and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
  • Expertise in Flow Designer, scripting, ACLs, and integration is required.
  • Strong experience with metrics, SLAs, upgrades, scoped apps, and data handling is essential.
