Onboarding Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new customers. This involves assisting with data integration, ETL/ELT operations, and technical configurations.

In this role, you will lead customer onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth product adoption and integration. You will also assist customers in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

You will perform SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data. Additionally, you will utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.

Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Support, will be crucial in enhancing onboarding experiences. You will provide technical support and guidance on data-related challenges during onboarding.

Developing and maintaining documentation for onboarding processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides is also an essential part of the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding sessions to ensure smooth product adoption and integration.
  • Assist customers in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly preferred.
