Job Title: Training and Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to join our team as a Training and Onboarding Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that new hires are fully prepared and confident in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations, with a strong focus on people management and communication skills. They will also possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

About the Role

As a Training and Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Interviewing prospective candidates to assess their suitability for the role
  • Assigning selected candidates to trainers for skill development
  • Providing onboarding support to new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support
  • Maintaining open communication channels with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. You will be working closely with various stakeholders, including trainers, management, and new hires, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in coordination, training, HR, or operations
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
