Job Title: Senior Architect

The role demands a balance of design excellence, technical expertise and leadership skills to mentor junior team members and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive concept design, schematic layouts and design presentations.
  • Prepare and oversee Good for Construction drawings, detailed drawings and tender documentation.
  • Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants for timely coordinated outputs.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets and site execution to meet quality standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior architects, interns and drafting staff.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A strong knowledge of Indian building codes, NBC 2016, ECBC, fire norms, construction detailing, materials and services integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines.

Software Proficiency:

  • AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp.
  • Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Twinmotion.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam / Acrobat.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a COA-recognized institution.
  • COA registration (mandatory).
  • A proven portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work across residential, commercial or hospitality sectors.
