Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer based in Nashik. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the technology strategy, guiding product development, and leading the architecture and software development teams. Daily tasks will include managing IT projects, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals, and fostering innovation within the technical teams. The CTO will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless technology integration and operational efficiency.

  • Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
  • Proficiency in Architecture and system design
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Nashik
  • Experience in the crypto industry is a plus
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
