Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Co-Founder Chief Technical Officer. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and technical direction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving business growth. You will be responsible for leading our technical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

As a Co-Founder Chief Technical Officer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute our company's overall strategy. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding our engineering team, providing guidance on technical architecture, and ensuring that our technology roadmap is aligned with our business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software development, architecture, and engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
