Job Title: Data Architect

We are seeking a skilled data architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, AWS services, DBT, and SQL. The ideal candidate will enable seamless data integration, transformation, and analytics to support business intelligence and advanced analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and DBT for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake for scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Write optimized SQL queries for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of data and implementing best practices for security and performance tuning.
  • Automate workflows and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources using CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse (data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning) and expertise in AWS services: Lambda, Glue, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
  • Proficiency in DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformations and modular pipelines, as well as advanced knowledge of SQL and solid understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns and data integration best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git), knowledge of data governance, lineage, and security best practices.
