Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT leader to join our organization and drive digital transformation across the business. As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to support business operations. This includes managing the integration of new technologies and systems into our existing IT environment.

Our ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies while managing end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises. They should also have experience in digital transformation for enterprises, with a focus on retail industry preferred, spanning across business processes.

We are looking for someone who can define and manage a futuristic IT architecture, spanning applications, data, and security. Experience in establishing an IT governance model across the organization, DevOps transformation, process transformation, AI, and automation technologies is essential.

The successful candidate will possess front-line leadership and communication skills, as well as deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts. They should be able to build and manage a partner ecosystem and have a target-oriented approach with familiarity with service delivery constructs relevant to IT services.
