  • Leadership Expertise:
    • Ambitious leaders with over 15 years of IT leadership experience, responsible for executional leadership to ensure reliable IT infrastructure, applications, security, and digital projects that deliver business value.
  • Technology Strategy & Delivery:
    • Implement core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance) and ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
    • Develop strategic partnerships with business functions to enhance guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.
  • Cybersecurity, Compliance & Infrastructure:
    • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across multiple properties, guaranteeing network reliability and uptime.
    • Design and implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, maintaining and testing business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Project Execution & Business Support:
    • Lead the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, translating operational needs into IT deliverables, and measuring ROI on IT initiatives.
    • Evaluate new solutions and pilots, driving innovation in collaboration with vendors and system integrators.
  • Team Management & Capability Development:
    • Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering service orientation, performance, and growth through digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams.
    • Create a collaborative culture for smooth adoption of technology solutions.
  • Innovation & Digital Enablement:
    • Drive guest-facing digital initiatives, leveraging analytics to provide actionable operational insights, championing green IT practices at the operational level.
