Job Title: Chief Digital Transformation OfficerAbout the Role:

The successful candidate will lead our digital transformation agenda, driving the execution of a 3-year roadmap that ensures alignment with strategic priorities. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the delivery of custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions, establishing a robust data lake infrastructure, and embedding AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Drive enterprise data initiatives including the development and scaling of data lake infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support.
  • Establish and lead the implementation of success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, championing design thinking and agile methodologies with a product development mindset.
  • Drive the strategic adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Embed AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Anchor software engineering practices and enable delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments.
  • Ensure compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
  • Develop future-ready IT teams with a focus on emerging digital technologies.
