Senior Structural Engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of buildings and infrastructure.

About the Role:
  • This position requires experienced professionals to lead, mentor, and manage teams of junior engineers.
  • The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews for the engineering team.
  • Responsibilities include managing projects from concept to completion, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities is essential throughout the project lifecycle.

Key tasks include leading and reviewing the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures. The selected professional will also oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters, participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings, and prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through appointed consultants.
