Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and versatile Structural Designer with hands-on experience in the structural design and drafting of American RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and steel structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:Perform structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in compliance with American codes and standards.

Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.Conduct modeling and analysis using STAAD Pro, ETABS, and Tekla Tedds. Develop and maintain Excel-based design spreadsheets for structural calculations and data management. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and feasible structural designs.

Review and validate shop drawings and construction documents. Contribute to project documentation, reports, and presentations with clear and professional written communication. Adapt and contribute to various teams and departments as project needs evolve.

Key Requirements:Proven working experience in structural design and drafting of American RCC, steel structures and Wood structures. Proficiency in structural design software: Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla Tedds, and Excel. Strong written communication skills with appreciable proficiency in English.

Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and innovation in design. Effective team player with the ability to work across multiple departments. Versatile and adaptable to dynamic project requirements and collaborative workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field. Knowledge of American codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE). Experience in BIM workflows and coordination.
