About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development and Inclusion Lead to join our team at Piramal Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving leadership development programs, learning management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Development
    • Create tailored leadership journeys for businesses to enhance their growth and success.
    • Manage program delivery and effectiveness to ensure measurable impact.
    • Maintain high-quality standards for all leadership development programs.
  • Learning Management
    • Establish and execute an Annual Learning Need Identification process to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and manage learning calendars that meet business needs.
    • Design and deliver central calendar programs for open and function/business calendars.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
    • Launch and manage women leadership development programs to promote diversity and inclusion.
    • Establish and govern Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster a culture of inclusivity.
    • Develop and implement DIBA policies and calendars to drive equitable practices.
    • Track and report on ESG targets for diversity metrics to measure progress.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Budget Management
    • Monitor L&D and DIBA budgets to optimize resource allocation.
    • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for initiatives to inform decision-making.
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Prepare reports for ESG, BRSR, and Annual Report to showcase organizational performance.
    • Track and report program metrics to evaluate success.
    • Monitor success measures against targets to drive continuous improvement.

What We Offer

A competitive salary in the range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
