We are seeking a City Manager to spearhead our regional operations and drive growth through strategic partnerships and innovative financing solutions.

  • Build relationships with doctors and hospitals to facilitate patient referrals and expand our crowdfunding and medical loans platform.
  • Lead sales teams in your city/region, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development.
  • Identify new opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by understanding patient needs and developing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Enhance awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • Establish revenue goals and manage the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide valuable insights on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to inform the refinement of our lending solutions.
  • Cultivate smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
  • Promote operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability as the owner of the city-level P&L.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
