Job Description

Unlocking Expansion Opportunities in the Consumer Market

We are seeking a seasoned Business Finance Head to spearhead the growth of our consumer durables and softline brands across Asia.

The ideal candidate will leverage advanced financial strategies, combined with local market expertise and a robust supply chain, to drive revenue growth and sustainable profit margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to scale Hardline (consumer durables) and Softline (fashion/lifestyle) brands into market-leading positions across Asia.
  • Utilize Credeb's platform to unlock expansion opportunities into new markets, contributing to the vision of taking brands to new heights globally.
  • Deploy AI-powered forecasting and data analytics to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products, accelerating product launch cycles and long-term growth.
  • Establish solid financial foundations to support both new product line launches and scaling of existing lines, ensuring disciplined capital allocation, risk management, and governance throughout growth stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of finance experience, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel retail (online/offline) and cross-border operations in Asia, with hands-on experience navigating diverse regulatory environments and local market nuances.
  • Proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages – set up financial frameworks for new ventures and led expansions that scaled revenue while improving profitability.
  • Strong strategic finance and business partnership skills – able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions to drive growth and margin improvement.
  • Expertise in financial planning & analysis and margin management (pricing strategy, cost control, unit economics) for consumer products, including managing inventory turns and markdowns to protect profitability.
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy – experienced in leveraging modern tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support to enhance the speed and quality of financial insights.
