About the Role

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by our India COE. This includes collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the COE team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis to senior management on financial challenges and performances.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can bring their expertise in financial planning and analysis to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or economics, with at least 9 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. They will also have proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as expertise in ERP systems and BI tools.
