Our organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to lead our finance team and drive exceptional results. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing property-wide financial strategies, working closely with the leadership team to champion business growth.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop initiatives to improve profit margins by analyzing costs and benefits, exploring new business opportunities, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions, leveraging market trends and financial data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Leverage strong leadership and communication skills to influence executive teams and lead finance teams effectively.
  • Oversee internal and external audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CA/MBA/Masters degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
