Senior Financial Strategist

We seek a seasoned financial expert to lead our management team and steer the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, leveraging expertise in finance, tax, and accounting to drive business decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, improve financial performance, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage and develop internal controls, ensuring transparency and accountability within the organization.

Requirements:

  • CA Qualification (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 19 years of progressive experience in corporate financial accounting, tax, or a related domain.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian and regional tax laws, compensation and accounting policies.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
