About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team at BC Web Wise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading accounts and building strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth plans to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and guidance to clients.
  • Ensure total client satisfaction through regular reviews and feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions for new business opportunities.
  • Work on lead generation and lead management to drive business growth.
  • Embed BC Web Wise's culture of honesty, openness, and responsiveness in all interactions with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the advertising industry with a focus on digital experience.
  • Minimum graduate degree.
