Job Title: Sales and Business Development Specialist

The Sales and Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving product sales across Decisioning Software, Identity Verification & Fraud Solutions across all clients in the region. He/she will lead a team of specialist sales/presales consultants on such products and drive Presales through a Solution Consulting approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in analyzing the customer's business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions
  • Expertise in handling a diverse range of software products, fraud solutions and concepts relevant to lending business
  • Creating a compelling value proposition for Experian Products & Solutions across verticals by architecting solutions, structuring deals and strategic consulting
  • Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and internal stakeholders
  • Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Technology landscape of the BFSI sector
  • Drive customer-product sync through deep understanding of market use cases and trends

Qualifications:

  • 6 – 8 years' experience leading Sales, Presales and/or Consulting activities within a tech led business with a strong focus on client relationships & product management
  • Expertise in SaaS and cloud based products
  • Exposure to B2B Enterprise Selling
  • Good understanding of software technology, App and/or Online UX / CX
  • Facilitating innovation processes
  • Excellent communication skills both in 1-1 and group settings
  • Data driven and analytical approach
  • Excellent ability to partner with sales teams
  • Highly professional and credible - interacting at all levels both internally and externally
  • MBA preferred

Additional Information:

  • Ability to read and understand a Credit Report
  • Ability to check the details of a complaint / dispute
  • Understand the process of resolution of complaints / disputes
  • Make suggestions to improve the process
