Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished business leader to drive growth through identification and engagement of prospective clients.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a win-win mindset, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.

Main responsibilities include defining sales strategies, engaging targets to build awareness, and delivering revenue goals.

Additional responsibilities include research, marketing, and presenting our services to new clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and generating new business through various channels.

Key qualifications for this role include 3+ years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales, proven experience with b2b cold calls, securing accounts, and account management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • 3+ years of experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment, especially in technology, banking, and financial services areas
  • Proven experience with b2b cold calls, securing accounts, and account management
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including AT&S knowledge
